Women's Self-Defense
Women's self-defense classes are intended to provide basic awareness and defense skills applicable to a variety of common situations wherein women may become victims. Our instructors provide both lecture and hands-on training at the police department in our training room. Participants set the level of hands-on activity they wish to become involved in. Classes always fill quickly so please contact bmitchell@cityofgoosecreek.com to reserve a spot.
