The community is invited to attend a State of the City address by Goose Creek Mayor Greg Habib. The event will take place at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday, Jan. 31 at City Hall.  A question-and-answer session will be held after Mayor Habib's address. Everyone is invited to attend.
