Mayor honors local artist

Congratulations to local artist and Goose Creek Artist Guild Purchase Award Winner Kay Bilisoly, who was honored at the March 14 City Council Meeting. Kay's painting, Escape, will be displayed at City Hall over the next year.
"We really do appreciate the Goose Creek Artist Guild sharing their talents with us," Mayor Habib said. "This year's winning painting certainly spoke to me... it made me very happy."
