GCPD requests donations for hurricane victims

The Goose Creek Police Department is lending a hand in the aftermath of Hurricane Florence, and needs the community’s help.
Two GCPD officers will travel to Horry County on Sunday, Sept. 30 to help out as severe flooding as affected that area. Do you have any left over supplies that our officers can give to those in need? The GCPD is accepting bottled water, non-perishable food items, cleaning supplies and personal hygiene items.
Donations will be accepted until 12 noon on Sunday at the GCPD main lobby.
The officers plan to stay in Horry County for one week to assist local law enforcement.
