City of Goose Creek Code of Ordinances Section 4-3 states; a total of three dogs and/or cats may be kept or harbored at any residence without a permit. Up to six dogs and/or cats may be kept or harbored at any residence, provided such owner of said residence obtains a permit from the City for the additional dogs and/or cats over three; the permit fee for each additional dog and/or cat shall be $25.00 annually. The animal control conditional use permit must be renewed each year.
