Water Billing
 The City of Goose Creek provides water service to almost 7,000 customers. Residents may visit City Hall or call 797-6220 ext. 0 to open an account. In order to open an account over the phone, residents must have a Visa, Mastercard or American Express credit or debit card. There is a $50 origination fee for water service for residents who live inside the City and $75 origination fee for water service for residents who live outside the City. Water bills are sent out on the last business day of each month, and are due by the 15th of the following month. A 15% penalty is added to late bills. If payment is not received by the 25th of the month, service will be disconnected and an administrative fee of $15 will be assessed.
Water payments can be made a variety of ways:
- Mail (PO Drawer 1768)
- City Hall Night Drop Box
- City Hall Drive-through (M-F, 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.)
- Over the counter in City Hall
- On-line payments (On-Line water payments are managed through our software provider. They charge a $1.25 service fee for each on-line payment.)
- Direct Debit (Automatic Direct Debit -The Direct Debit service is provided at no charge. Your payments will be automatically debited from your account each month)
